Job Opportunity: General Manager – Premier Restaurant Group Location: Northern Suburbs, Johannesburg Salary: R25,000 – R45,000 (negotiable) We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations across our high-end restaurant locations . Key Responsibilities: Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency. Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and cost control. Lead staff recruitment, training, and retention, promoting a positive workplace culture. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue and attract clientele. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
