Housekeeping Supervisor

Armani Hotel Milan, a 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of the famous Milan fashion district, is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor. We are seeking a candidate who has a passion for delivering great customer service and genuinely cares for our guests. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES The Housekeeping Supervisor assists in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all housekeeping activities, maintaining the established standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and the attractive condition of rooms, floors, and pantries. Have an overview of the daily Room Occupancy Forecast and Room Report on room and guest occupancies. Ensure enough manpower to complete the required tasks for the day. Check on the work done by Housekeeping outsourcers. Ensure that all duties are carried out for the day. Ensure that periodical cleaning programs are followed and stick to schedule. Ensure that your outsourcers are well trained in handling all tools and equipment used in the Housekeeping department. Carry out any additional duties requested by management related to hotel operational activities. Be customer-focused, always help guests, and anticipate their needs. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5-star hotel. At least 1 year of experience at the same level. Proficient in the English language. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Required languages: Italian, English. J-18808-Ljbffr
