One of our international travel and tourism (hospitality) clients are looking for a dedicated and driven Contact Centre Team Leader in Johannesburg to run the USA contact centre team. Qualifications and experience: Matric Travel / tourism diploma No less than 5 years' experience working in a contact centre, no less than 2 years' work experience as a TL Success rate of leading a team to high performance achievements Clear criminal record Must be open to working various shift - US Hours Key skills: Excellent English communication Leadership Proactive Innovative Time management Target driven / results driven Analytical EI Conflict management Key performance areas: Recruitment of call / contact centre staff Implement control measures Drive a high performance culture Succession planning One on one consultations with team Deal with demanding clients and escalations
