Looking for flexible team members who are willing to travel within and outside India Based on the Client's needs How do we analyze employees and conduct operations ? - Productivity - Accountability for Work - Self-Responsibility - Enjoying Work Life and Growing with Radiant - Team Work Capability - Personal and Professional Life Balance Experience : 2-5 years Roles & Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs. - Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, identifying and resolving technical problems and performance bottlenecks. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Java development and apply them to improve existing software solutions. Skills Required : - Strong proficiency in Java programming language and Spring framework. - Expertise in developing web applications using Java-based technologies (JSP, Servlets, etc.) and web services (REST, SOAP). - Sound knowledge of database concepts and experience working with SQL and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA). - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, etc.). - Experience working with JUnit testing framework. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - You have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines. Optional Skills : - Knowledge of micro services architecture and containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD). - Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark). Qualification : - Bachelor's/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
