Senior Financial Accountant

For this Senior Financial Accountant role, the ideal candidate would likely need strong financial oversight skills with experience in property development or mixed-use estates. They should excel in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, especially in high-value, luxury projects. Knowledge of compliance, financial reporting, and an understanding of the unique demands of luxury property clientele will also be key. Given the large-scale operations and premium nature of this estate, someone who can manage complex financial structures and collaborate with cross-functional teams especially in a dynamic and expanding environment would be a strong fit. This role reports to the Finance Reporting Manager and will assume responsibility for: Month end reporting and looking after all the different business units within the portfolio, including hospitality, budgets and forecasts.
