We're looking to recruit an enthusiastic, professional and diligent Club Manager, to join the team here at Aquilla Health and Fitness, part of the Rembrandt Hotel. This role will be working 40 hours a week, any 5 days out of 7 on a shift rotation.
Aquilla Health and Fitness is a key area of the hotel and an additional facility for our guests and members to enjoy. In this management role you will need to be good with people (guests and staff) and have a passion for driving revenue, service and membership within the Club. We believe it is the people we employ that make the difference to our business and customer service delivery and that is why we are looking for someone who is ready to go above and beyond in everything they do.

What will you be doing as our Club Manager?
• Creating and implementing a monthly club membership sales plan
• Ensuing a culture of excellent service is instilled in the team members
• Ensuring Health and Safety records and checks are kept up to date with the use of the Compliance Diary
• Ensure all Spa plant daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed
• Liaising with the Group Marketing Team on all internal marketing activities
• Maintaining financial targets defined in the annual business plan
• Providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and excellent service for our guests.
• Motivate, train & develop the team
As our Club Manager you'll have:
• At least 1 year's management experience
• Experience of working with sales targets
• Excellent Communication Skills and Work Ethic
• An interest in Health & Fitness
• A genuine and passionate approach to achieving through a team
