Financial Reporting Manager

Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Manager to ensure accuracy and compliance for this expanding finance operations. This hands-on role involves overseeing financial reporting, IFRS compliance, audits, and monthly consolidation for the portfolio of restaurants. The role also supports finance system ownership and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure IFRS compliance and accurate financial reporting.
  • Lead month-end, year-end closings, and group audits.
  • Deliver monthly consolidated accounts and oversee statutory filings.
  • Manage Sage Intacct to maintain financial controls and reporting accuracy.
  • Drive process improvements and support risk management.
  • Mentor finance team members.

Qualifications:

  • ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in financial reporting, audit management, and IFRS compliance.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct (or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Restaurant experience is necessary.
