We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join this iconic British establishment in the Heart of St. James in London

Position Title: Senior Sous ChefLocation: St. James, London
Salary: £48,000 + Performance Based Bonus

An all day Brasserie, serving high end Mediterranean cuisine in an elegant restaurant setting in one of London's most iconic establishments. You will be leading a team along with the Head Chef to elevate the offering, and help put your stamp on the history of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
• Previous experience in High Volume restaurants
• Exceptional culinary skills with a keen eye for detail and quality
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A passion for creating memorable dining experiences
• Knowledge of current food trends and a creative approach to menu development
• Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications
