Operations Manager

Operations Manager required for a boutique luxury hotel based in central Bath.

This beautiful hotel is based in a desirable part of Bath and represents a truly classic Georgian style of hotel with 18 individually designed bedrooms.

This is a rooms led business, with limited F&B and caters for individual guests, groups, and international travellers.

We are looking to recruit a manager to oversee the day to day running of the business.

Managing the guest journey and experience will be the key focus, whilst also ensuring the welfare of the team.

This is a hands-on role, managing the costs, and working closely with the GM to develop all aspects of the business.

This position will suit a reception manager or front office manager that is looking for a broader remit.

This is an opportunity to work for a well established luxury hotel group, who has an excellent reputation in retaining and developing their people.
