Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Montogo Resorts Somerset at Charlton House. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional manner.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Answer phones and emails to address guest inquiries, reservations, and requests.
- Handle bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate data entry and availability management.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and assist with guest needs.
- Handle payment transactions, including cash, credit card, and invoicing.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in hotel management softwareand MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in Englishadditional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
