Job Description

A great opportunity has come up for aPastryChef de Partieto join the team of a recent new opening restaurant in the heart Knightsbridge:
  • Casual fine dining French Provencal Mediterranean cuisine, precise dishes with bold flavours
  • Fresh ingredientsand seasonal produce top notch suppliers (everything made in-house)
  • Exciting project with a team of 20 chefs and under a cool Head Chef
  • Lunch and dinner - up to 140 covers with outdoor terrace
  • Salary up to£36,000 to £40,000 per annum (£15.5 to £16.5 p/h)
  • Brand-new kitchen & equipment
  • Rota of of 48 hours per week (flexible shifts)

The idealPastryChef de Partiemust be passionate and have a background in fine dining, Michelin star restaurants, or private members club, as the food will be quality. You will be creativeand supportive in this exciting project and collaborate with your Head Chef.
For the right Pastry Chef has plenty of room for progression to get promoted as there will be other new opening restaurants within the company coming up soon.
