Night Audit/Reception

Key Responsibilities: Execute night audit procedures, reconciling daily transactions and preparing precise reports for management review. Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail. Provide prompt and courteous responses to guest inquiries, requests, and issues throughout the night, maintaining our 5-star service standards. Ensure front desk security by following protocols and monitoring surveillance. Collaborate with other departments as needed to support smooth and efficient operations. Requirements: Previous experience in a night audit or reception role within a 5-star hotel or resort. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately. Proficiency in basic accounting tasks and familiarity with hotel property management systems. Ability to work independently during night shifts while upholding a welcoming and professional demeanor. Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
