Project Finance Transactor

Job Description: As the Project Finance Transactor, you will be responsible for the following: Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess project feasibility, profitability and risk Design optimal financing structures that align with project needs, including debt and equity financing Conduct comprehensive due diligence on projects Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and financing Lead negotiations with financial institutions and investors to finalize terms and conditions of financing agreements Prepare and review transaction documentation Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Oversee the financial performance of projects post-financing Stay update on industry trends, market conditions and regulatory changes Work closely with cross-functional teams Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, financial performance and potential risks Skills & Experience: 4-5 years of experience in project finance (preferably within Independent Power Producers or financial institutions) Proven experience in developing and analyzing financial models Transaction experience Qualification: Qualified CA(SA) Relevant finance or accounting degree Contact JENELLE COOKSON on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF019783.
