Responsibilities as a Senior Chef De Partie

• Creating a variety of delicious fine dining dishes that celebrate the seasonal ingredients grown on the grounds of the hotel
• Managing various sections of the kitchen when required
• Communicating effectively with the team to ensure a 5-star service and clean working environment
• Supervising, training and coaching other members of the team
• Maintaining positive working relationships with every member of the team
• Attending high-quality training sessions provided by the hotel
