A premium family-friendly restaurant situated within the 260-acre RHS Garden Wisley is recruiting a Pizza Chef to lead the kitchen team at the Glasshouse Restaurant. This lively restaurant specializes in pizza, pasta, salads, and snacks, with a focus on fresh and seasonal ingredients.

The ideal candidate will bring branded restaurant experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of consistency and process. The role involves working alongside the Executive Chef to develop the menu and create new concepts for the restaurant, as well as supporting pop-up ventures across the estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pizza section in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ensure food is prepared to high standards, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and new ideas.
• Manage and support the team, maintaining food safety and health regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in branded Italian restaurants or similar.
• Strong leadership abilities to manage a small, efficient kitchen team.
• Passion for delivering high-quality food in a busy, dynamic environment.
