What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a professional pastry kitchen, ideally within a luxury or premium environment.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing or supervising a team.
• Creativity and a passion for innovation in pastry, with excellent attention to detail in both taste and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining high standards at all times.
