General Manager - Fast-Growing Quick Service Restaurant Group
Location: Bristol | Salary: Up to £49,000 + Bonus
An expanding Quick Service Restaurant in Bristol is on the lookout for an experienced General Manager to lead its vibrant, high-volume site. The location is currently achieving £50k in weekly sales with the potential to increase to £60-65k, supported by a team of 45 staff.
Role Overview:
- Take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent service and team productivity.
- Inspire, coach, and develop the team to meet performance goals.
- Oversee financials, from budgeting to P&L management and cost control.
