Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Location: Clandon, Surrey

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency across all dishes.
• Manage kitchen staff during shifts, providing training and support to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Collaborate in the development of new dishes and seasonal menus to enhance guest satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a pub or restaurant environment.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
