About us: Tarator is a new fast-casual delivery-only restaurant based in Wimbledon (SW19) dedicated to bringing the vibrant flavours and fresh ingredients of the Mediterranean to busy urbanites. Our primary offerings consist of bowls and wraps; customers can customize their bowls and wraps to suit their taste preferences and dietary needs, with a variety of protein options, fresh toppings, and flavourful sauces to choose from.

Pay: GBP 13-15/hour plus up to 10% monthly bonus plus career advancement opportunities.

Schedule: 40 to 48 hours per week, with possibility of overtime.

Job Summary/Objective: The CDP role involves:

• preparing meals and ensuring all dishes are cooked to perfection
• following recipes and presentation specifications
• maintaining quality control measures
• ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• managing inventory
• assisting in kitchen cleanliness
• fostering teamwork
• upholding company policies and procedures
