Our client is a remarkable Italian restaurant located in the vibrant heart of Mayfair. The establishment boasts a luxurious interior reminiscent of an authentic Roman eatery. The restaurant is bustling during both lunch and dinner services, accommodating up to patrons per service. They are in search of a Chef de Partie with a fervent passion for utilizing top-tier Italian ingredients.

Chef de Partie Benefits:

• A competitive salary of £35,000
• Fine Dining establishment, working with incredible produce
• 21 chefs in pastry & main kitchen
• Located in Mayfair (Bakerloo, Waterloo and Central)
• £35,000 per annum, 48 hours per week
• 9am earliest start
• 11pm latest finish

• An organised Chef de Partie capable of performing efficiently under pressure.
