Sous Chef

Sous Chef needed for this Stunning 4-star Hotel with multiple outlets, located close to East Grinstead in West Sussex

• Salary 40k plus end of year bonus
• Straightshifts on a 45-hour week
• As sous chef you will be working along side the Head chef, deputising in his absence
• Duties include menu planning through to costings
• Free reign over menus
• Small banqueting numbers of 80-covers
• Averaging 100-covers for breakfast and 100-covers for lunch and 80-cover for Dinner
• Leading a team of 8 chefs plus kps
• This is part of an amazing group, with future career opportunities
• We are looking for a Sous Chef who a hands-on chef, A Sous chef who has previous experience of running multiple outlets whilst training and developing the current team
