Do you have a passion for mixology and customer service?

As our Cocktail Bartender for our River Lounge and Rick's, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of service within the bars that meets and exceeds guest's expectations while achieving and surpassing profitability and revenue goals for these areas. Passionate about cocktails & drinks, you will be leaving guests wanting to return again and again.

Please note we are currently looking for both full-time (40 hours per week) and casual (0-hour contract). Due to the nature of the role, we require the successful candidates to be available in the evening and at the weekend.
