The Company

A rapidly growing, multi-award-winning Main Contractor. The business has built a fantastic reputation within the industry and are now looking to bolster their bid team due to a period of sustained growth.

They have built their reputation by being committed to delivering a personalised service, adapting their approach to suit each individual client. This approach has allowed them to successfully grow year on year, which has enabled them to solidify their presence in the industry.

Operating in multiple sectors, their projects spread across Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Hotel, Extra Care and Mixed-Use schemes with project values ranging from £5m-£50m.

The role

You will report into the Head of Design for the business who will offer continued support and guidance should you need it. Typical roles & responsibilities will include:

* Creating high-quality proposal documents, including producing, coordinating and editing written content.

* Attend and minute tender start up and adjudication meetings.

* Responsible for sourcing, collating, writing and winning tenders for the company.

* Prepare a list of tender deliverables and follow up with the internal team.

* Collate the submission documents for final issuance using InDesign software.

* Assist with mid-tender and post-tender PowerPoint presentations for the tender team.

* Assist with the preparation and writing of the Pre-qualification Questionnaires.

* Assistance with industry award submissions.

* Further training to be provided as the role require
