Chef De Partie

Location: Investec Asset Management Limited
Rate of pay: £35,000 per annum + bonus which is up to £250 per quarter
Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:30

Our Chef de Partie role in our contract catering team will cover both hospitality and retail. We have an exciting one-year project to transform our retail space into a brasserie-style restaurant.

Key responsibilities:

• Check dishes to ensure they meet high standards for taste and appearance
• Help create and update menu items based on seasonal ingredients
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff for smooth operations
• Chop, slice, and prepare ingredients for cooking
• Oversee your kitchen station and ensure it stays organised and clean
