Drinks Trainers- 6 months fixed-term contract

Salary- £40,000 per annum

At Côte, we put so much passion attention to detail and craft into our food and drink. We are looking for someone to match us and deliver memorable, fun and engaging training that will grow our team's knowledge of our drinks and how to sell them to our guests.

To be successful we are looking for someone who is an experienced assistant restaurant manager or above looking for a new opportunity to diversify their skills and experience or a training manager looking for their next gig.

When will I start? We are looking for someone to join our team in January 2025.

What you'll do:

• Train and coach, our team to make sure they're delivering drinks to the highest standard.
• Help our team become experts on all things drinks—whether it's cocktails, wine, or anything in between.
• Ensure every drink served looks and tastes amazing, making it special for our guests every time.
• Build a culture of passion, learning, and drinks excellence which will support you drive and deliver an increased drink participation across our restaurants

• Flexible working, this role will be field based across our restaurants nationwide and will require most days out and about!
