Project Architect Job in Waterloo, London

An award-winning architecture and interiors practice based in London Waterloo has a Project Architect job available! This position will see you working on high-end residential and commercial projects throughout London valued from £1m - £40m! This practice is also employee-owned and has great benefits available!

Role & Responsibilities

Work on a variety of high-end residential mews properties and one-off apartments/penthouses, plus large apartment buildings and mixed-use schemes ranging from £1m to £40m in construction value
Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages, deliver projects, and lead teams throughout
Prepare and develop drawings, models and images, and other documents related to design
Work within a small project team
Use Revit / AutoCAD on a daily basis
Supervise more junior team members
Report to Associates and Directors.
Required Skills & Experience

Qualified as an Architect with a minimum of 5 years PQE
Be confident in leading and delivering projects in the UK
Excellent graphic skills and 3D design ability - using InDesign, Photoshop SketchUp, and other rendering software
Experience working on bespoke high-end properties, mews houses, apartments/hospitality/heritage projects is essential
Must have strong design skills and high-quality bespoke detailing
Ideally, you will have worked in a small to medium-sized practice specialising in bespoke projects
Care and attention to detail involved in delivering the scheme or work packages
Ideally have experience working through all RIBA stages of a small, beautifully crafted project within high-end residential
A proficient user of Revit or AutoCAD, and must have used on live projects within the UK
Be presentable and confident with both client and contractor-facing responsibilities
Excellent English, both written and verbal + eligible to work in the UK.

£45,000 - £55,000 DOE
