What will I do?

Leading by example, you willmaintainthe upkeep of the hotel and grounds, ensuring reactive and preventative maintenance is actioned. Make sure the hotelis safe and functional at all times, carry out regular checks and testing, being sure to address any health & safety concernswith the utmost urgency.

Is thistherole for me?

• Previousmaintenance or facilities management experience
• Have worked in a similar role within a hospitality environment
• Standards driven
• Strong compliance and legislation knowledge
• People management experience
• Project management
• Relevant qualifications (health & safety, trade qualifications) preferrable, not essential
