We are seeking an experienced and driven Head Chef to lead a dynamic kitchen team in the heart of central London. you should have a background in high-end Italian restaurants, 5-star hotels and/or Michelin-standard establishments.

The Role:

• Overseeing a busy daily a la carte service plus a busy function schedule.
• We need a strong, hands-on leader who can manage both the culinary team and kitchen operations with efficiency and finesse.
• Solid experience with financial administration and cost management is a must.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-volume, high-quality dining settings
• Excellent management skills and a passion for both cooking and kitchen administration
