Head Chef RoleWere looking for a passionate and skilled **Head Chef** with a flair for Italian cuisine to lead our kitchen team and oversee all culinary aspects of our club. In this role, youll bring the heart and soul of Italy to our members, crafting exceptional dining experiences from morning until late night.
Head Chef role:

• Lead & Manage Head a dedicated team of 13-15 chefs, setting high standards for both team dynamics and culinary excellence.
• Menu Creation & Execution Design seasonal a la carte menus for our bustling restaurant, serving up to 200 guests daily for lunch and dinner. Curate special items for late-night dining, from club sandwiches to iconic burgers.
• Events & Private Dining Manage bespoke menus for up to five events per night across two private dining rooms, seating 26 and 30 guests respectively.
• Operational Excellence Own the kitchens budget, uphold health and safety standards, and guarantee the quality of every dish that leaves the kitchen.
• Work-Life Balance Sundays off. While our environment is high-energy, youll find we also support balance, with flexible hours up to 55 per week when necessary.
