This lively award-winning gastro pub is currently seeking a committed and creative Junior Sous Chef who is keen to develop their career further under an extremely talented Head Chef. As Junior Sous Chef you will be an integral part of the team and have the opportunity to assist with the running of this busy, fast paced kitchen.

It is an independent business, and very much a destination venue with a superb restaurant. You should therefore have a real interest in current food trends and working with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce.
