Maintains an up-to-date inventory of parts and materials. Inspects the exterior building, fences, fixtures and performs maintenance/repairs as required. Performs preventive maintenance on air conditioning/heating system (coils, filters, etc.) Inspects smoke detectors according to established procedures.
