The Web Designer’s primary duties include developing mockups, website layouts and components using UI/UX principles, and making updates to managed websites while ensuring that changes meet the requirements of the project. The Web Designer collaborates with other members of the web design team on new projects. This includes conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites, creating visual elements that are in line with the company’s and/or clients' branding guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Web Designer’s primary duties include developing mockups, website layouts and components using UI/UX principles, and making updates to managed websites while ensuring that changes meet the requirements of the project.
The Web Designer collaborates with other members of the web design team on new projects.
This includes conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites, creating visual elements that are in line with the company’s and/or clients' branding guidelines.
Required Skills
Strong organizational, project and time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and implement design direction
Ability to collaborate with project teams and clients
Proficiency in HTML/CSS required, some ability with JavaScript libraries
Experience with platforms like Squarespace and WordPress.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD.
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a design discipline, or equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite, Knowledge of Adobe Workfront a plus

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: 60,000-75,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
