- Assist in managing H Mart's official social media channels, including Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Twitter, and others
- Create and post engaging social media content, including images, videos, and copy
- Conduct research for content ideas and stay updated on social media trends
- Participate in weekly design team meetings to brainstorm and develop content ideas
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms to maintain a positive brand image
- Help monitor brand reputation and track social media performance metrics
- Assist in planning and executing social media-related events and campaigns
- Learn and use social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest
- BS/BA in Marketing or related field
- Experience with paid social media advertising is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for social media and digital marketing
- Creative, active and outgoing and the interest in cooking is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Must be bilingual (Fluent in both Korean & English)
