Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance and repair of CNC equipment, with a focus on CNC grinders.
• Expertise in precision cutting tool manufacturing, including safety blades, industrial tools, and surgical tools.
• Proficient in working with PLCs, motors, axis systems, tooling, and related parts.
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring timely repairs.
• Experience with machine setup, diagnostics, installation, and providing parts estimates, while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and minimizing downtime.
