FRONT OF HOUSE (Spring/Summer)

Part - Time- Front Of House cashiers, expo., food runners

ABOUT US

Antique Taco is a counter service Mexican concept serving thoughtful food and drinks while utilizing local and seasonal ingredients. Antique Taco opened in May 2012 in Wicker Park, Bridgeport is our second location with a large outdoor patio. We are a small team that works closely together to make the Antique Taco environment personal, creative and fun for each other and our guests. Being a team player is very important! Each team member is expected to have a good work ethic and a desire to perfect the customer experience along with self-motivation, which is key when working in a small business.

MUST-HAVE:

• Flexible Schedule (including weekend availability)
• MUST BE 21 years of age
• Positive attitude and ability to move fast
• 2 years of related experience
• High-volume skills and efficiency levels
• Be part of creating a HAPPY, CLEAN and SAFE work environment for our team and our guests.
• Ensuring incredible customer service.
• Striving to be a problem solver, rather than just a problem finder
• Staying open-minded to new tasks and challenges, flexibility
• Being a watchdog for a healthy work environment, making sure everyone is safe.
• Set up dining room, bar, patio (lights, stereo, fans, thermostat, checking voicemails)
• Order Accuracy
• Ensure that opening / closing tasks are done to standard

Our kitchen makes fresh pressed corn tortillas daily

Fruits are juiced by hand to create cocktails

We work with 40 non-profit organizations yearly

We compost weekly with Healthy Soil Compost
