Proximity Marketers/Canvassers are the first interaction with new customers. They meet with hundreds of homeowners and generate leads by offering free in-home consultations. This is a full-time sales and marketing position with growth opportunities available. We are seeking highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individuals to become a part of our Proximity Marketing team!

THE ROLE – What you’ll be doing:

• Report to various assigned neighborhoods throughout Westchester County as well as the Stamford, CT area.
• Diligently work to generate qualified sales leads while engaging in door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods.
• Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers.
• Setting appointments for our Design Consultants/Sales Team to provide a free consultation including demonstrations and quotes based on the customer’s replacement needs.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen with the utmost degree of professionalism.

THE PERSON – What you’ll bring:

• High energy/outgoing personality with professionalism and a strong work ethic.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales, hospitality, canvassing, or customer service preferred.
• Positive attitude through rejection
• Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills and results orientated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet goals and metrics set for you and/or the team

• $25/hr Base Wage + Generous Bonus/Commission program (average reps earning $60,000-$70,000 annually)

THE SCHEDULE – When you’ll work:

• Monday-Friday, 9:30 am-6 pm
• Some Saturdays on occasion

Must be comfortable with:

• Working outdoors in various neighborhoods.
• Standing and walking for long periods of time.
• Working in a goals/metrics driven environment.
• Working independently while being a part of a great team.
