We---re Hallmark Health Medical Associates --- looking for a primary care Regional Float physician to join our multi-specialty team of more than 90 providers in--10 communities less than--10 miles north of Boston. About the job:
The Regional Float position is unique for Hallmark Health Medical Associates. It---s true that it is a demanding position because of what it entails, but the rewards are many:
Work closely with our Chief Operations Officer and Practice Manager to ensure continuity of care for our patients
Work in many diverse environments, with the option to return to a full-time position if needs change
Seeking BE/BC--family medicine or internal medicine physician with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
25 out-patient sites in--10 of Boston---s northern communities, all within a 10 mile radius of each other
Flexible--schedule, and part-time or full-time hours can be negotiated
Manage a panel in the interim if a provider is on temporary leave, leaves our system permanently, or if a new position is created
Cover physician vacancies on a rotational basis; coverage scenarios and locations may change on a daily basis based on patient care needs
Travel time to reach a care site other than the designated primary work station will be accounted for by adjusting the Regional Float---s clinic schedule
Ability to travel throughout the Hallmark Health System on a daily basis to provide coverage is considered essential to the position
Private vehicle usage will be reimbursed based on mileage
