Compensation:

$70,000- $160,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Repair furnaces, air conditioning, and heat pump systems in Beachwood, NJ
• Generate leads for system replacements and demonstrate basic indoor air quality knowledge
• Thoroughly test work and ensure quality assurance for all services provided
• Deliver excellent client service while upholding integrity, transparency, and quality standards
• Maintain a positive attitude in this performance-based role in Beachwood, NJ
• Utilize experience with Service Titan to enhance job performance
• Test and balance Airflow and duct systems
• Educate clients about Indoor Air Quality enhancements

Qualifications:

• To be eligible for the Residential HVAC Service Technician position in Beachwood, NJ, US, candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience leading HVAC service tasks within a residential service and replacement company
• Proficiency in both line voltage and low voltage electric systems for furnace and air conditioning units is a fundamental requirement
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to accurately diagnose issues and provide clients with appropriate repair and replacement solutions
• Experience in refrigeration testing and charging is a mandatory qualification for this role
• Strong customer service skills are essential for successful performance in this position. Effective Client communication a must!
• Familiarity with Service Titan and iPad usage is considered advantageous
• Previous experience working with a flat-rate company is preferred for applicants
• A clean background check and an insurable driving record are mandatory qualifications for consideration
