Requirements:

• OK / multistate compact License
• 1 year of experience
• AHA BLS
• Must have acute care surgical floor experience
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program preferred
• ENT and/or Transplant Experience Preferred

Ratios are 5 or 5:1 for surgical patients and 3:1 for SD area.Department: 61000: Post Surgical Unit
