As a Bobarista at Mochi Dolci, you will be responsible for crafting delicious bubble tea and other specialty beverages while providing outstanding customer service. Your role will involve preparing drink ingredients, operating equipment, and ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drink Preparation:
   
   
   • Prepare and serve bubble tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
   • Brew tea, cook tapioca pearls, and mix flavors and ingredients with precision.
   • Customize drinks based on customer requests, including adjusting sweetness, ice levels, and toppings.
2. Customer Service:
   
   
   • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
   • Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu and ingredients.
   • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
3. Barista Operations:
   
   
   • Operate blenders, tea brewers, and other equipment safely and effectively.
   • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including washing equipment and utensils.
   • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies and inform management when reordering is needed.
4. Compliance and Safety:
   
   
   • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
   • Adhere to food safety standards and maintain proper hygiene practices.
5. Cash Handling:
   
   
   • Process transactions accurately, including handling cash and credit card payments.
   • Maintain proper records of transactions and manage the cash register.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., barista, bartender) preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with bubble tea preparation and related equipment is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry items such as boxes of supplies and containers.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
