An exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join a well-established practice in their new offices in Exeter city centre. This local practice recently merged with a global multidisciplinary construction company.
The design led consultancy which is aggressively expanding offers a range of services from Architectural, through to construction management and planning all while maintaining an excellent staff Retention.
Offering a variety of sectors to include leisure parks, residential, housing developments, sports and leisure, commercial/industrial. supportive and pressive small company with all the benefits you will find working for a large multi-disciplinary.

The Role:
Producing working drawing packages
Liaising with consultants and clients
Lead and manage technical design projects
Attending site meetings
Measured surveys and site inspections
Revit software skills is preferred but not mandatory
AutoCAD skills
Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
Previous project sector experience on the above required
Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
Relevant Architectural qualification
In practice experience essential
