Site Operative

We're looking for people with a passion for delivering great customer service to join our on-site team at Airparks Luton. As a Site Operative, you’ll be the face of Airparks and at the forefront of our daily parking operations so the ability to think on your feet is essential. This is a busy and varied role where customer interaction and decision making are key so we are looking for professional and conscientious team members who can also deliver a fantastic customer experience. Your duties will include welcoming customers as they arrive, ensuring they receive a friendly and efficient check in experience, as well as directing them to an available space in the parking area before boarding our transfer bus to the airport. You will also be invloved in moving cars from our customer arrivals area to our secure parking areas on site and returning them back ready for customer collection.

As one of our on-site staff, you will be an integral part of the Airparks team and your enthusiastic approach will help us continue to ensure that our customers have a hassle-free, friendly and efficient service. If you are able to work in a fast-paced environment and love to be on your feet outdoors, then this may be the perfect role for you. We're looking for flexible individuals to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days & nights at our Slip End based car park.

Requirements

• Full clean UK driving license, with at least ones years driving experience

• Customer service experience
• Experience within a driving capacity or operation is preferrable
• Ability to work flexible hours shifts, days, nights, midweek and weekends
• Own transport is essential due to location
