Job Description
I am working with one of the UK’s largest privately-owned real estate investment & development companies, operating across residential, commercial & hospitality sectors based in Liverpool, with schemes across Mersyside and Manchester.
They deal directly with their investors to offer full transparency and to provide the best deal possible. Their vision is to build long-term relationships with investors and to deliver outstanding properties.
They have extensive experience in all aspects of complex and large scale property development and construction. They have a unique edge when it comes to delivering projects well.
They are looking for a Project Manager to work on schemes between £25m - £200m which are predominantly large scale RC Frame multiple phase residential schemes up to 800 units.
The ideal candidate will have:
• No.1 project manager experience.
• Previous large scale residential or commercial project experience.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Degree or diploma qualified in a related discipline - ideal.
My client would also look at a Senior Site Manager looking to make the step up.
