WHO ARE THEY?

We are seeking a charismatic, dynamic sales office manager to support the meetings and events coordination of one of Manchester newly refurbished hotels. This is the perfect time for you to jump on board and help shape and form the new structure.

WHAT WILL YOU GET UP TO?

• To manage all aspects ME Office on a daily basis.
• To deliver budgeted ME targets by maximising revenue and profit through increased conversion, maximising meeting room occupancy, and rate opportunities.
• To manage ME enquiry booking process from enquiry through to confirmation in a timely manner, delivering outstanding customer service and by taking calculated risks.
• To ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, consistently delivering a professional service and building strong working relationships with our clients, resulting in repeat business.
• To manage individual and team performance.
• To participate fully in business reviews and meetings, with a proactive approach of driving the business.
• Positive working relationships to be established and maintained with colleagues across departments.

Your DNA:

• From a hotel events sales background
• A proven track record of leading and supporting a team.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
• Lover of great service and hospitalitarian.
• Experience of cross department collaboration to ensure the highest level of customer experience.
