A leading professional services business in London are looking for an events executive to join on a 12 month FTC
Client Details
An executive search business in London who are award winning and looking to hire asap. They are very busy in the events and marketing function and looking to grow as a function.
Description
Principal Responsibilities
· Meeting administration including co-ordinating availability, taking actions and circulating outputs.
· Manage event invites and RSVPs using a dedicated mailbox.
· Managing venues.
· Desk based online research & presentation of findings.
· Hospitality booking and amendments.
· Administration of regulatory paperwork (H&S, site safety, risk assessments etc.) paperwork to relevant organisations (eg conference and exhibition organisers).
· Updating & maintaining project files and records.
· Liaising with other members of the project team & external partners where necessary outside of formal meeting schedule.
· Liaising with vendors where necessary.
· Maintaining checklists and ensuring project team members are on track to deliver on their responsibilities.
· Assist with hosting at events.
· Ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth running of events.
· To assist the Communications and Stakeholder Relations team with planning and tracking projects
