We have temporary, part-time positions available (4 hours per week) to help us during the busy festive season.

Your Recipe for Success:

As a Christmas Sales Advisor, you'll bring joy to our customers by helping them find the perfect kitchen essentials for their holiday feasts. With your enthusiasm, you’ll create a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and the right products for their culinary adventures.

A Typical Day at Work:

• Start by welcoming customers and helping them find exactly what they need.
• Provide excellent service and engage with customers to secure sales.
• Train on our products and customer service.
• Assist with maintaining store standards and help with general duties.
• End your day by prepping the store for another busy day of holiday shopping.

Daily Activities:

• Greet customers like they're guests at your own holiday party.
• Show off our kitchenware with the enthusiasm of a holiday cooking show host.
• Efficiently handle transactions, returns, and queries.
• Keep the store looking as festive and well-stocked as a Christmas display.
• Share your ideas for improvement to keep the store at its best.
• Make sure stock levels are well-managed.
• Help with any general store tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Loves helping customers and delivering great service with a smile.
• Retail experience is desired.
• Driven to meet sales targets and achieve personal goals.
• A team player with a positive, festive attitude.
• Good at listening and understanding customer needs.
• Friendly, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers and POS systems.
