Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to the highest standard.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain a clean and organised bar area.
Manage stock levels, ensuring all ingredients are available and fresh.
Suggest creative drink options and contribute to the development of new cocktail menus.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a cocktail-focused environment.
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
