We are currently on the lookout for a Workplace Ambassador to join our front of house operation at the corporate offices of a global investment company in the City. From the warm welcome to the fond farewell, and everything in between. Our team of 6 takes care of the entire visitor experience!
The overall aim of the Workplace Ambassador is to have a positive impact on the internal working environment at the investment firm. The role will provide a concierge style support to the firms staff, taking accountability for the key stakeholders and all working areas within their domain, which will be within the internal office space.
The Workplace Ambassador will work closely with all service providers to ensure a seamless experience for the staff . They will also be a key point of contact for all users of the space and have in-depth knowledge of working practices and activities within the areas to provide functional and strategic support, serving as a coordination point for everyday tasks to the business.
We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic individual with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for our clients. They will have strong organisational, communication skills and demonstrate a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is essential.
