Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with the restaurants standards
• Assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu development
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations
• Helping to manage kitchen stock and ordering supplies when needed
• Working efficiently as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate and Food Allergen Awareness certification are essential
• Must have own transport to travel between locations
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• A passion for delivering exceptional food and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
