A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Bury St Edmunds for a Chef de Partie or experienced and ambitious Commis Chef to work in their award winning country dining pub and restaurant.

The Role

• Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
• Input into menu ideas for the bar and restaurant
• Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels

The Person

• You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
• Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
• Steady Career History
